Ingredients

  • 1 pack Maggie noodles
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small capsicum, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as per Maggie instructions)

 

Recipie:

1. Start off by getting all of your vegetables prepared:

Slice onion capsicum carrot and green chili. Put them away to be stir-fried later in no time.

2. Warm Oil/Water
