Delicious 6-Step Spicy Schezwan Maggie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pack Maggie noodles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small capsicum, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned (optional)
- 2-3 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt to taste
- Water (as per Maggie instructions)

Recipie:
1. Start off by getting all of your vegetables prepared:
Slice onion capsicum carrot and green chili. Put them away to be stir-fried later in no time.

2. Warm Oil/Water
In a skillet, pour some oil and let it heat over medium flame then add ginger garlic paste that should be sautéed until it’s golden brown and aromatic.

3. Cooking Vegetables
Add some chopped onions with green chile in the pan. Saute till transparent we can say seemingly dissolve until the capsicum makes it translucent then add on top the carrots to fry until slight softness and consistent crunchiness of both tubers at the level of firmness remain.
For kettle users:Â As the water starts boiling add the vegetables in it and stir from time to time by opening the lid.

4. Adding the sauce
Put in the shezwan sauce and sauté for 2 minutes. You can balance it according to your taste.

5. Maggie cooking:
Pour in the water as per Maggie’s instructions on the pack. Add to it tastemaker from that packet then mix well until everything fully dissolves
For kettle users:Â Add maggie into the water by breaking it into 4 pieces with the tastemakers, stir well and allow it to cook.
5. Combine and simmer:
When the vegetables have started to boil, Maggie noodles are added. Leave them in the boiling mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are ready for serving.
For kettle users:Â Just let the noddles get ready and wait until they have the perfect texture.

6. Serve hot:
